Version 1.1, 12.02.2025
This document outlines the terms governing the relationship between users and the service provider regarding access and use of astrobet.gg (referred to as "the service").
Eligibility and Access Restrictions
Access to the service is prohibited for:
- Residents and citizens of Costa Rica
- Residents and citizens of the United States of America
- Individuals under 18 years of age
- Anyone in jurisdictions where use of the service would be unlawful
Users bear sole responsibility for determining their legal eligibility to use the service. The service provider makes no representations regarding the legality of use in any jurisdiction.
Account Security
Access to accounts is verified exclusively through:
- Username
- Password
- Two-factor authentication (when enabled)
No alternative authentication methods will be accepted. Users acknowledge the risk of permanent account loss if login credentials are compromised.
Users must safeguard their login credentials. The service provider accepts no liability for losses arising from compromised credentials, including cases of phishing, malware, or social engineering.
Account deletion by user choice results in forfeiture of any remaining account balance.
Digital Currency Operations
The service exclusively processes Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals. Other cryptocurrencies sent to deposit addresses cannot be recovered or credited.
During blockchain forks, the service provider retains sole discretion in determining which chain represents Bitcoin. The service provider may optionally distribute fork proceeds or airdrops to users.
While withdrawals are typically processed automatically, users may opt for queued processing. The service provider assumes no responsibility for withdrawal delays regardless of cause.
The service provider may suspend deposit and withdrawal operations when deemed necessary for security or operational reasons.
Gaming Operations
All gaming transactions are final and irreversible. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including user error or network latency.
The service's internal records serve as the definitive source of truth in any dispute.
Communication Platform
Users must comply with established chat guidelines. The service provider may restrict chat access temporarily or permanently for rule violations or disruptive behavior without prior notice.
The service provider bears no responsibility for user-generated content or external links shared in chat.
Trading or dealing between users is discouraged. The service provider will not mediate user disputes and accepts no liability for losses from user interactions.
Account Termination
The service provider reserves authority to restrict or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
- Terms of service violations
- Security concerns
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Regulatory obligations
- Risk management considerations
- Any other reason deemed necessary by the service provider
When an account is terminated:
- All pending gaming activities may be canceled
- Withdrawal requests will undergo security review
- Chat privileges will be suspended
- Account access will be blocked
While users may request review of termination decisions, the service provider's determination is conclusive.
Account Inactivity
Accounts inactive for two years may be deleted and their usernames released. Activity is measured by login events or active connections.
Balances in deleted inactive accounts are forfeited to the service provider.
Legal Framework
This agreement operates under Costa Rican law. Costa Rican courts hold jurisdiction over any legal disputes regarding service use.
The service provider, along with its staff, affiliates, and vendors, disclaims liability for any damages related to service use, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential.
The service provider retains final authority in determining violations of these terms and implementing account restrictions.
The service provider may modify these terms with notice to logged-in users. Continued service use indicates acceptance of modified terms.
Non-enforcement of any term in specific instances does not waive the service provider's right to enforce that term in future instances.
